Webhooks send your generated documents and notifications to outside tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams (or any generic web address) — either the moment a document is generated, or on a recurring schedule.
What you can do
Create a webhook for Slack, Teams, or a generic endpoint.
Choose when it fires: when a document is generated, on a schedule, or both.
Set the schedule using a recurring time, with a human-readable preview.
Choose the file format to send (PDF or HTML) and optionally limit it to one template.
Send a test delivery, turn the webhook on or off, and review delivery history.
How to use it
Open a Project, then its Webhooks tab.
Click to add a webhook; choose the platform, paste the destination URL, pick the trigger, and (for scheduled delivery) set the recurring time.
Use Test to send a sample, and open the delivery history to see recent sends and any errors.
